Shipping Information

At Sugar Shield, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and external factors.

Estimated delivery times by region:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 2-4 business days

  • 🌍 International Orders: 5-7 business days

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak periods or holidays. For international shipments, customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays, failed deliveries, or order cancellation.

If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you need to correct your shipping information, please email us at hi@sugarshield.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this window.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays or transportation disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs clearance for international shipments

  • Address verification or payment processing issues

  • Inventory availability

If we become aware of any issues that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. While Sugar Shield cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always provide tracking information and support to assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. Sugar Shield is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to assist you in resolving the situation.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hi@sugarshield.shop. We recommend also reaching out directly to the courier to initiate a claim, as they may require additional information.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion depending on the circumstances. Lost or stolen packages are not automatically eligible for refunds.

If advised by the courier, you may be asked to file a police report for stolen packages.

Sugar Shield reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version of this policy before placing an order.
