Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are typically already in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original form of payment.

We are confident in the effectiveness of Sugar Shield and recommend giving the product a fair trial of at least 14 days. If you are still unhappy after this period, you may return your purchase within 60 days of the original order date for a refund.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged only if the product itself is defective or physically broken. Minor shipping-related packaging damage (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product remains intact and usable.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hi@sugarshield.shop and include clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.


Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, Sugar Shield is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, all delivery issues—including lost, stolen, or delayed packages—must be addressed directly with the courier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
